Aix Boiler oil & gas fired hot water boiler operates based on the principle of internal combustion three-pass wet-back combustion and heat exchange. Fuel (natural gas, LPG, diesel, methanol, etc.) is atomized by the Burner and fully burned in the corrugated furnace, releasing a large amount of heat. High-temperature flue gas undergoes furnace radiation heat transfer, threaded smoke tube convection heat transfer, and third-pass enhanced heat exchange in turn. The tail energy-saving condenser recovers latent heat and sensible heat from flue gas to continuously heat boiler water to the set temperature (adjustable 40℃—95℃). The circulating pump delivers hot water to the heating or hot water system for continuous constant-temperature heating. The boiler is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with TSG 11-2020 Boiler Safety Technology Regulation and GB/T 1921-2025 Specification for Industrial Boilers, with thermal efficiency up to 95%—99%, low nitrogen emission, safe, reliable and fully automatic. 2. Working Principle & Technical Core

Aix WNS oil & gas fired hot water boiler adopts horizontal internal combustion three-pass full wet-back structure, composed of furnace body, burner, smoke tubes, combustion chamber, energy-saving condenser, fully automatic control system and safety accessories. It is a high-efficiency shell-type fast-assembly boiler equipment.During operation, fuel is atomized by the burner and sprayed into the corrugated furnace for stable combustion under slight positive pressure. High-temperature flue gas heats boiler water by radiation (1st pass). Flue gas enters the combustion chamber and turns into threaded smoke tubes to greatly improve convection heat exchange efficiency (2nd pass). Then it enters the 3rd pass plain tubes for further heat exchange. Finally, the energy-saving condenser deeply recovers waste heat, significantly reducing exhaust temperature and improving thermal efficiency.Equipped with PLC/Siemens intelligent control system, the boiler realizes automatic ignition, automatic proportional combustion adjustment, automatic constant temperature, automatic circulating pump control, automatic alarm and shutdown protection. It can intelligently adjust combustion intensity and heating rhythm according to water temperature and load, truly unattended and stable operation. Meanwhile, full wet-back combustion chamber structure is adopted, with rear tube plate fully immersed in water to avoid high-temperature dry burning and deformation, greatly improving service life and operation safety.
