Aix full premix gas steam generator adopts three-in-one technology: full premix surface combustion + through-flow heat exchange + condensing waste heat recovery, consisting of six core parts: premix system, burner, through-flow heat exchange chamber, condensing recoverer, intelligent control system and safety accessories. Gas and air are fully mixed in the premix chamber through variable frequency fan and proportional valve to form uniform combustible mixture, which enters the metal fiber burner to realize surface thin flame combustion, with more complete combustion, more uniform flame and more stable temperature. High-temperature flue gas quickly scours the through-flow heat exchange tube, making the water in the tube vaporize instantly to produce steam; low-temperature flue gas enters the condenser to transfer latent heat to feed water for preheating, and the exhaust gas temperature is reduced to below 60℃, realizing deep waste heat recovery and thermal efficiency exceeding 100%. Equipped with high-precision intelligent control system, the generator can adjust air-fuel ratio, combustion power, water supply and steam pressure in real time, with automatic ignition, flameout protection, water shortage protection, overpressure protection and fault self-test, truly realizing unattended and stable operation.
