Project Type: 30MWth Bubbling Fluidized Bed Biomass Boiler Customized Project

Project Overview: Aix Boiler, in response to New Zealand's energy transition policies, provided a 30MWth bubbling fluidized bed biomass boiler to Fonterra Waitoa Dairy Plant, replacing the original coal-fired boiler. The boiler is used to meet high-pressure heating requirements in the dairy processing process, helping the client reduce carbon emissions and improve energy resilience. This project is one of the biomass energy projects strongly promoted by New Zealand's EECA (Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority). Aix Boiler optimized the boiler design by taking into account local biomass resources, making it compatible with various types of woody biomass fuels.

Core Advantages: Adopts bubbling fluidized bed technology with wide fuel adaptability, capable of burning various types of woody biomass and agricultural residues, solving the problem of unstable single-fuel supply; boiler thermal efficiency reaches above 93%, reducing operating costs by 20% compared to the original coal-fired boiler, with significant maintenance cost savings; carbon emissions are reduced by over 85%, complying with New Zealand environmental standards; equipped with a fully automatic intelligent control system that can flexibly adjust operating parameters according to heat load for stable and reliable operation, while a thermal storage system ensures stable heat supply for greenhouses and processing workshops, earning high recognition from EECA and the Fonterra Group.
