Project Overview: Aix Boiler actively responds to the "Belt and Road" initiative by undertaking the 350MW ultra-supercritical air-cooled coal-fired boiler project in Jerada, Morocco. This project is the first 350MW ultra-supercritical air-cooled coal-fired unit in Morocco and also serves as a key benchmark project for Aix Boiler in expanding into the African market. The project covers the entire process of boiler design, manufacturing, transportation, installation, commissioning, and operation & maintenance services. It strictly follows international standards and local Moroccan regulations, optimizes the air-cooling system design according to local climate characteristics, and adapts to the dry and water-scarce environment.

Core Advantages: The boiler thermal efficiency reaches over 92%, with stable and reliable operation. Since its commissioning in 2017, it successfully completed a 240-hour trial operation on the first attempt, with all parameters meeting the design values. Utilizing ultra-supercritical technology significantly improves power generation efficiency and reduces coal consumption, cutting carbon emissions by approximately 120,000 tons annually. The professional Aix team provides on-site service throughout the project, overcoming local construction condition limitations, completing project delivery on schedule, contributing Chinese strength to Morocco's power and energy construction, economic development, and people's livelihood protection. Subsequently, the company successfully signed the Phase II boiler project in Mamba, Zambia, further expanding its presence in the African market.
